JA IT Electric - Booking Rules & Guidelines Booking Timeframe: Appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. This allows our team to adequately prepare and ensure we can provide the best service. Booking Window: Customers can schedule services up to 30 days in advance. Rescheduling & Cancellations: Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will incur no charges. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may incur a 25% service fee. Booking Details: Ensure all information provided during booking, especially concerning the nature of the electrical job, is accurate. Misinformation may result in additional costs or rescheduling. Special Requests: If you have specific requirements or conditions, please mention them during the booking process, and we'll do our best to accommodate. Safety: For the safety of our team and efficient service delivery, please ensure the work area is accessible and free of hazards. Inform us in advance of any special conditions or concerns. Payments: Payment details (like credit card information) might be required to secure a booking. Payments are processed after the service is completed unless stated otherwise. Promotions & Discounts: If applying a promotional code or discount, it must be done at the time of booking. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively. Feedback: After your appointment, we encourage feedback! This helps us improve our services and cater to your needs better. Confidentiality: All personal and payment details provided during the booking process are secure and won't be shared with third parties. Right to Refuse: JA IT Electric reserves the right to refuse service if any of the booking rules are violated or if unforeseen circumstances make the job unsafe or unfeasible.
