Scope for a Chamblee mixed-use multi-family building covered the building's electrical rooms — tenant meter banks, service equipment, transformer terminations and main distribution — plus the parking garage in full: LED lighting throughout, conduit runs on CMU walls, emergency exits, life-safety wiring and code-compliant power distribution.
