Dalbit Jogae — full electrical build-out + life-safety integration

Scope of work

Dalbit Jogae was executed as a full commercial electrical build-out, not a single-panel task. Scope covered planning and layout support from early stages, main service execution and coordination with Jackson for utility/service interfaces, complete branch power distribution, lighting systems, dedicated equipment circuits, and final device trim-out for operations. The project also included emergency shutdown control implementation for life-safety operation and integration of fire detection interfaces in line with applicable NFPA requirements and authority/inspection expectations. In parallel, our team delivered a custom timer/control assembly for restaurant operation support, then performed start-up, testing, labeling, punch-list closeout, and final commissioning.
