Frequently asked questions
Can you install a PLC panel if an integrator designed it? +
Absolutely. We mount, wire field devices, and commission — you provide the panel and control narrative. We verify I/O point-by-point, check grounding and power supply, and work with your integrator for software testing and hand-off.
How long does PLC panel commissioning usually take? +
Hardware install: 1–2 days. Field device wiring & termination: 2–5 days depending on I/O count. Functional testing with integrator: 1–3 days. Total project: 1–3 weeks depending on complexity and your production schedule.
What's included in your electrical punch list after PLC commissioning? +
We provide as-built panel drawings, I/O labeling, terminal designations, and a commissioning report. Safety items (e-stops, emergency buttons, fence gates) are tested and logged. We leave you with documentation for future maintenance or upgrades.
